We thoroughly understand the trust that the Department of Veterans Affairs instills in the individuals they choose to work with and we are honored to be the first SDVOSB to successfully deliver a Community-Based Outpatient Clinic to the United States Department of Veterans Affairs.
Kissimmee, FL CBOC
Inside this 13,426 SF state-of-the-art facility, primary health care, mental health, and telehealth services are provided to the 1,900 Veterans located within the City of Kissimmee. Blue Cord developed the property and managed the construction. Always cognizant of reducing environmental footprints, Blue Cord was able to take this facility to the next level, achieving Two Green Globes for New Construction certification, setting the tone in the industry when it comes to sustainability. We are proud to be the first SDVOSB to deliver a Community-Based Outpatient Clinic.
Clermont, FL CBOC
The 11,505 SF single-story facility is located on 2.25 acres of land and offers 12 private exam rooms, two clinical management rooms, a blood draw lab, conference room, and several oxygen/nitrogen storage closets. Blue Cord developed the property and managed the construction of this project. This modern clinic provides primary health care, six mental health groups, physical therapy, a prosthetics area, and telehealth services, truly focusing on creating a community environment for Veteran patients and their families.
